Definition of domain sites and pages

Szenario:
4 .com websites (blue)
4 .tel web pages (dark violet)
4 "Contact Us" .tel pages on the .com website (light violet, over blue)

But this is how it looks, really:

The constellation: 4/4/4:

This is how it really looks like:

This group constellation is basically built up like this:

.Tel + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
+
.Tel + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
+
.Tel + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
+
.Tel + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"

But the ideal constellation looksl like this:

.Tel + .Mobi + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
+
.Tel + .Mobi + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
+
.Tel + .Mobi + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
+
.Tel + .Mobi + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"

The main reason, why we should use a .mobi domain, whenever we can, if we have a .tel domain, is because we can make a .tel domain point quasi twice to it.

And this means nothing else, than that our .mobi domains can be used in the most efficient way.

Indeed, we could build up a very big group constellation, out of up to 50 domains, for example structured in this way:
Having 4 quad sub group constellations, instead of only triple sub group constellatons:

- Electric car network
- Electric car charging points
- Electric car supplies
- Electric car batteries

Imagine doing such a thing: This would give you a very mighty and successful big domain group constellation.

However, if we do not want to have .mobi domains in our constellation(s), we should at least have this solution:

instead of: .mobi, it would be:

business.com/mobi

respectively:

.com/mobi

using that extension, instead of ".mobi" (new: ".com/mobi").

But if your domains are prestigious, its got be short and look elegant: business.mobi instead of business.com/mobi

But it is up to you: If people only have to click on the link to your mobile website(s), it does not matter, how "beautiful" the link or domain looks like.

And: Maybe you even like to make a mobile devices-friendly layout for your website all your own, and all "hand work", instead of having a automated programm, that does it for you (example: "Instantmobilizer", from the .mobi registry). Then it would be something like: "fun and satisfaction, instead of elegance of the domain name".

Now, people say, that you can simply redirect people from your .com website to your mobile website, by redirecting: That might be fine. But it is better, if people also have the possibility to enter the name of your mobile website into a browser or search engine. Show people the name of your mobile website(s), so they can go to that website, whenever they want. And if they like to memorise the name, or put it into their electronic phone book: That is the advantage you have, over only redirecting.

But lets go back, to our simpler version:

Again: Who is pointing at who?:

- pointer from .tel to related .tel
- pointer from .tel to other .tel
- pointer from .tel to related .com
- pointer from .tel to other .com

(The following links, go all from the "Contact Us" .tel pages.
And if you will, this is quasi also from a .tel, but is not.
But we could say, that we do have a total of "8 .tel pointer links", from which these are 4 of them:)

- pointer from .com to related .com
- pointer from .com to other .com
- pointer from .com to related .tel
- pointer from .com to other .tel

Would you like to visualise this, with our model?:
Sorry, but I think I can't do it, with this mind map system.

But you could make a color copy, and draw the lines, your self.

.

However: I think it might work...:

Drawing the lines:
Put the instructions aside of the mind map:

----------
second copy: Is this one complete, now?:

Technical problem: Some lines, I was not able to draw, and some lines got erased /wiped out, during the saving process.

Anyway: I guess, you got the message and idea.

NB: In this model, .com always point via TCU(P) (.Tel "Contact Us" Page).

Cheers, have fun!

Here is another screen shot, which shows a few more lines, but it not much better:

.

.
P.S.:

Each triple (.tel + .com + TCP) could be a "group" of domains with the same name.

And each triple group could be related with each other, in meanings of related products, or services, or both.

Abstract:

Triple group 1
Triple group 2
Triple group 3
Triple group 4

Konkreter:

Triple group 1 = Smoking lounges
Triple group 2 = Cigar lounges
Triple group 3 = Cigar shops
Triple group 4 = Aged cigars

Or you could have:

- Tobacconists
- Cigarettes
- electric cigarettes
- Cigarette lounges
.
Etc., etc.
.
Or:

- Electric car network
- Electric car charging points
- Electric car supplies
- Electric car batteries

Etc., etc.
.
But you could also have a very big group, with only one .tel domain:

Group = (1 .tel + 1 .com + 1 .de + 1 .net + 1 .org + 1 .info + 1 .mobi + 1 .tv + 1 .co.uk):

Constellation: 1/4/4:
Or:
Constellation 1/Multi:

This group constellation is basically built up like this:
(Nota Bene: Each TCU is pointing to .mobi. So you can well imagine, that your .mobi website will be used / visited / viewed. Of course, .tel is pointing to .mobi, as well.)

.Tel + .Mobi + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
+
.Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
+
.Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
+
.Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"

(The .Com can replaced be a Org, a Net, or any other domain extension.)

Example of a group, without the theory:

Comments:

Looking at the above group, having your "insider knowledge", gives you a whole new view, understanding and valuation, of domain groups, which have strong relations between the domains within the group.

TCU's (.tel "Contact Us" pages) are pages you already have, if you have dot tel domains.
Every dot tel domain includes a TCU. And the idea is, that you do integrate it within your existing website(s).

A TCU: you cannot get/buy separetly: It comes with your .tel domain. You have got it already: All you need to do, is use it. At the moment, you can get a TCU by either pasting a PHP, or a JavaScript code within your website script. A TCU is just another webpage, but a very useful one.

It is smart,if you get familiar with the .tel "Contact Us" page.
Some domainers don't get it, and think that a .tel domain, and a .tel "Contact Us" page are the same. But they are not. You have your .tel domain, and can quasi put a copy of it on your existing website. Not too confusing, is it?

If you have a group constellation "1/4/4", or "1/Multi", you can boost your business even more, than if you just would use a .tel to boost:
The TCU's make your constellation interactive. And each domain interacts in a variation of differnt ways. The more interactivety you can "build in"/create, the greater your chances are, to be found within a search engine (Google, for example). The end effect is, that your page rank goes up, as well as the daily page views, for each of your domains. You are simply doing things very smart...

Some domainers prefere just to buy a ".com" domain, for maybe $5000, whereas a whole group might be worth $500'000.

Values might change, and domainers might think smart...

One can use a .tel domain, nearly for every need or cause within our every day life.

A webshop, that not many people would be able to find, gets found, if a .tel domain points to it.

Basically, one can use a .tel for anything one wants to improve, sell, create, construct, build, deliver, promote, etc., etc., same as with website. Because you get found, at first, and then people see, where you are pointing to. And it then might be your (.com, .mobi, .org, etc.) website, that does a big part of the rest of the job (shop, for example).

The magic formula is:
(The Com can replaced be a Org, a Net, or anything else.):
(Whereas Mobi or Com get found through Tel.):

.Tel + .Com

(Tel points to Com)
or:
.Tel + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
(Tel points to Com, which shows Tel on its site, as well)
or:
.Tel + .Mobi + .Com
(Tel points to Mobi, as well as to Com)
or:
.Tel + .Mobi + .Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page"
(Tel points to Mobi, as well as to Com, which shows Tel on its site, as well)
or:
.Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page" (+ .Tel)
(Com shows Tel, which points to other websites, as well.)
or:
.Com + "Contact Us .Tel Page" (+ .Tel) + .Mobi
(Com shows Tel, and Tel points to Mobi)

A surfer, looking for information, will be glad to klick on a .tel, because he will expect to find links to other related sites, as well as a email address, etc., and some basic info, about the company.

If there are .tel domains on a list, people will tend to click on .tel domain names first, because they know, that they will find all info on one page, at first attempt and click.

A dot tel domain can be:

A "Pointer to websites" + a "Contact informaiton page"
or:
A "Contact Us .Tel Page" on a website, which offers contact information, and points to further websites.

Now, dear reader, you are allowed to explaine me the potential and power of .tel: I will listen...

P.S.:
If you will want to link your domains this way (one way, or the other way), you will most likely do good, to use a mind map...

The next step will be, to color your "pointers" (if you have a mind map that can do that). Otherwhise, make a color copy, and draw them by hand, with colored pencils, or markers.

Mind you: If you do this sort of linking a few times, you will be really good at it. You will be a expert.
